Welcome to the Future, Changemaker

YourAccess has exclusively brought to Brazil an online game, 100% in English, produced in Japan with stages, missions, and a great reward at the end for your school.

Join us and discover how education can transform your students, our community, and make the world recognize your institution.

Open registrations with limited slots available.

GET READY FOR THE GAMING EVENT:

Step 1 / Institution Registration

First, educators register the institution by providing their email and phone contact.

YourAccess will cover the cost for registered Brazilian schools. This means that the investment of $150 per team (approximately R$750) will be covered by YourAccess, allowing your students access to training, content, and the game.

AFTER FREELY REGISTERING YOUR SCHOOL, YOUR PLANNING WEEK WON'T BE THE SAME!

As a Team Leader, you will gain access to the exclusive platform for Educators – a platform featuring lesson plans for the learning paths and information about the final Game project. This allows you to seamlessly integrate it into your Bilingual curriculum, assessments, and multidisciplinary projects for your classes!

Everything is ready for you to use the material with multidisciplinary content in English language, geography, history, entrepreneurship, and current affairs.

TESTIMONIALS

The Changemaker is not just some lectures and a game. It is a true revolution in education and the use of foreign language, in addition to shaping conscious and active global citizens. Throughout the proposed journey, both I and my students gained new knowledge, practiced essential skills, and experienced the difference it makes to work in the light of the SDGs.

The proposed activities and lectures contributed significantly to students gaining a holistic view of the SDGs and, consequently, sustainable development. Having the opportunity to enhance English language skills also facilitated a deeper understanding of environmental issues.

Our students were able to experience and experiment with the challenges proposed for achieving the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. I could see that the students were engaged and motivated throughout all stages of the second edition of the Changemaker Challenge 2023.

The Changemaker experience is truly transformative. The game serves as a warning; a red alert. Something needs to be done. The same students who started the game only thinking about having fun ended up facing the weight of their decisions on their shoulders. Changemaker, despite the distance between languages. The world we will leave for our children? Unknown. But I come to believe much more in the children we will leave for the world.

Step 2 / Team Registration

Students from the 8th to 12th grade.

Between February and March, students from 8th to 12th grade will gather in pairs or trios, and their teachers will be chosen to lead each team.

Step 3 / Access to the Learning Path

From April to June, YourAccess will provide a platform for groups to follow the Changemaker Path, totaling certified hours. Teachers and coordinators will also have access to the game platform and exclusive content for educators.

What will the YourAccess to the Future: Changemaker 2024 path look like?

Follow the 6 phases of the path based on the Inquiry Based Learning approach.

Step 4 / Game Multiplayer

The final phase will take place between May and June. After all the preparation and extensive learning, the teams will engage in a multiplayer game developed in Japan, in partnership with The Global Goals. The objective is to stimulate reflection on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and our mission as global citizens.

Step 5 / Final Project

As the final project, the group will deliver a pitch recorded in a video format, lasting a maximum of 3 minutes, focusing on one of the first three SDGs. The video should be presented in English, as our primary goal is to make the world recognize and aware of our young Brazilians. Get to know the finalists from the 2022 and 2023 editions.

Step 6 / Awards

The teams with the best final projects will have their video featured on the Changemaker's social media and receive exclusive prizes from Changemaker's partner institutions.

All participants will receive the Official ChangeMaker Seal to showcase in the international portfolios of students and educators.

Let's play! Come with us and show the world what your students are capable of doing for a better future, starting from now.
